Tipping the scales at 2kg, the CR-50/80 is very light, and its small stature ensures the machine sits comfortably on the smallest of desks or counters. With the CR-50/80 by your side, it is easy to scan in high quality at a class-leading 50 or 80 cheques per minute respectively, using black & white and grayscale image reading.

Fast and reliable

Canon's heritage in paper-based document feeding is used in this device to ensure exceptional reliability. The CR-50/80 is equipped with a sophisticated, Canon-patented magnetic head to read MICR codeline data on cheques with high accuracy to reduce transaction errors. Supporting international E13B and CMC7 standards for MICR recognition, the scanner can handle multiple cheque types and sizes and simultaneously read MICR codeline data.

Flexible and easy to use

Canon's scanning software allows scanning, file saving, viewing and other functions to make operation effortless.

It also includes a Canon scanner driver and a driver based on Silver Bullet Technology's Ranger? Transport API software, allowing the scanner to be easily integrated a wide range of leading check processing software.
